What can I expect from the process with RésumAides
Our process is simply and efficient. Upon retrieving a consultation with us, we will communicate with you the process and delivery timeline. The process and schedule varies by service and bandwidth.
What's the best form of communication during the process?
At RésumAides we use serveral forms of communication based on what we feel is most effective in providing you the clear understanding. During the process, you can expect to communicate with us via phone, text, email, and/or video chat. We will always ensure that your availability aligns with ours and will be flexible in that manner.
Do you provide in-person consultations?
Yes, in-person consultations are offered on a case by case basis and are subject to a $50 booking fee. Please visit our contact page to reach out to us for availability.
Do you require a deposit?
Payment is due in full prior to the time of attaining services. We accept electronic methods of payment such as PayPal, Square Cash and Venmo.
How long does the process last?
Standard delivery time is 7-10 business days. Process timing is subject to change based on depth of the service attained. We recommend that you confirm your delivery times with us during your consulation.
Will I be refunded if I decide to cancel before the process is complete?
Refunds are handled on a case by case basis. If a refund is requested, we will review the project and determine if it qualifies for a refund up to 50%. Not all projects will qualify for a refund.
